1st Response Restoration is hiring skilled tradesmen to join our growing team!
We are looking for experienced, dependable craftsmen who take pride in quality work and have experience in residential construction, remodeling, or restoration. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and delivering great results for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential restoration and reconstruction work
- Complete drywall, framing, flooring, painting, trim, and finish work
- Assist with repairs related to water, fire, and storm damage
- Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Requirements:
- 3 years of construction experience preferred
- Strong skills in general carpentry and residential repairs
- Experience with remodeling or restoration is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
