Join our dynamic team as a Fish Packaging Employee and become a vital part of delivering fresh, high-quality smoked seafood to our customers. In role, you will be involved in the entire process of fish handling, cleaning, preparation, and packaging, ensuring strict adherence to food safety standards.
- Now hiring processing employees who will work 10-hour shifts, 6:00AM-4:00PM
- Wednesday-Sunday schedule
- $22/hour based on experience and work ethic
- Full time (minimum 40 hours/week)
- Lots of paid overtime opportunities
- Work environment is in a 50°F cooler
Duties
- Prepare fish for packaging by portioning, wrapping, and labeling according to company standards
- Operate food handling equipment safely and efficiently to ensure product quality and safety
- Package finished products carefully to maintain freshness and meet food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and production areas in compliance with sanitation protocols
Experience
- Previous experience in food production or food preparation is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety regulations
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
