We are currently hiring for the position of full-time Hiring & Training Manager. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Post positions weekly or bi-weekly for necessary positions
- Complete interviews of applicants
- Orient all new staff and obtain all initial background information
- Attend any useful job fair/recruiting events
- Attend necessary meetings/trainings while presenting on hiring & training information
- Represent NES in a professional manner at all times
Qualifications include,
- Great Communication Skills
- Type at least 40 WPM
- Filing Experience
- Proficient in Google drive
- 1-2 Years Office Experience and 1 year of management experience
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be able and willing to lift over 50 lbs
