Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, coordinate appointments, and provide exceptional customer support. Your organizational skills and professional demeanor will ensure smooth daily operations and positive interactions with visitors, clients, and staff.

Duties

• Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer and route incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including maintaining calendars, and handling mail.
• Assist with office management duties including inventory control, and maintaining a clean reception area.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting clients’ needs effectively.
• Support administrative functions such as bookkeeping, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software.

Qualifications.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and office equipment operation.
• Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles preferred.
