Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Snow Removal Operator for the upcoming snow season. This position requires an operator skilled in using heavy CAT equipment to handle snow removal operations efficiently. The role demands availability for every storm and immediate response from the first sign of snowfall to prepare for each snow event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment (CAT equipment) to remove snow effectively and safely.
- Collaborate with other team members, yet also work independently when required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-the-job issues quickly and efficiently.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and contribute to maintaining a smoke-free work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven snow removal experience with heavy equipment.
- Ability to be on-call and respond promptly from the first flake for every snow event.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when necessary.

- Reliable transportation to our smoke-free site.
