Seasonal, On-Call, 24/7 Availability
North East Weathered Services LLC is seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join our seasonal snow removal team. As a key member, you will be on call 24 hours a day, including holidays (depending on weather), to assist with snow plowing, equipment operation, and snow shoveling in the Framingham, Braintree, Wrentham, and Norton areas. Newer equipment with heated cabs!
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Operate snow plows and heavy equipment for efficient snow removal
- Perform manual snow shoveling at same locations throughout the season. We will provide company high visible safety jackets to the shovelers
- Maintain a flexible schedule with on-call availability 24/7
- Ensure timely response to weather-related service requests
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during inclement weather conditions
Requirements:
-Smart phone to log hours and document work. Training provided
- Ability to work in challenging weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
- DOT card ( Department of Transportation)
- Hoisting license for equipment drivers
- Willingness to work on-call, including holidays
- Reliable transportation to reach designated work areas
