Seasonal Sports Coach for Girls Soccer Assistant Coach

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic coach to lead our team throughout the season. The season runs for runs from **Mid-March to Mid-May** and includes tryouts and playoffs, requiring full commitment during this period. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting **3-4 practices per week** (**3:30 pm-5:00pm**) and attending **Home games(3:00pm-5:30 pm). ** For the**Away games, the Assistant Coach should be ready to depart by 2:30pm. They are from 2:30pm -5:30 pm. **

Qualifications

• Previous coaching or playing experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to commit to the full season, including all practices and games.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
  
  

Schedule & Commitment

• **Practices:** 3-4 times per week (**3:30 pm-5:00 pm)**.
• **Games:** Attendance required at all home **(3:00 pm-5:30 pm) **and away games(**2:30 pm-5:30 pm)**
• **Season Length:** Approximately 3 months.
  
  

Compensation
