Work Schedule:
Monday thru Friday and an occasional weekend depending on harvest schedule
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with sugarbeet harvest operations in the field.
- Support post-harvest activities, including sample processing, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
- Operate vehicles and equipment as assigned and trained.
- Load, unload, and move materials related to harvest activities.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support research and harvest operations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous agricultural, harvest, farm, or equipment experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation
- Starting wage of $18.00 per hour or higher, depending on experience.
