The Enrollment and Records Coordinator will work with the Office of Teaching and Learning team to manage our professional development course listings, learner registrations and enrollments. You will communicate with instructors to provide course rosters, collect learner grades, and ensure instructor payment. If you are a detail-oriented systems-thinker and problem solver who values efficiency and accuracy, you have found the perfect job!
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40-hours/week
Hiring Range: Salary ranges from $57,100 to $69,000 and is dependent on education/training and experience.
Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, business or related field or at least 5 years of related experience.
- Microsoft Office
Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
