What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temp Printing Specialist position at North Dakota Adjutant General?
Summary of Work
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual as a Printing Specialist to work 20 hours per week as part of the Admin Services Section under the Chief Information Officer (CIO/G6) Directorate with our agency. This position will be responsible for assisting with the daily print production workflows. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed digital and offset printing presses. This role requires preparing digital files, managing inventory, and performing quality control checks on all finished products. Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate color matching and precise finishing services.
Minimum Qualifications
This position requires one (1) year of work experience assisting in the review process prior to production proofs or final products at various quality levels of printing to increasing levels of difficulty from basic documents to Advanced Adobe Software Suite designs and other digital printing and experience working with printed products ranging from one or more spot colors to 4-color process printing. Successful completion of the interview process, reference checks and background investigation are required.
