Managed Services Sales Specialist – Hybrid/Remote

Location: Plymouth, MN 

 

North Country Business Products has an amazing hybrid/remote opportunity for a Managed Services Sales Specialist. If you have the energy and drive to succeed and have some technological knowledge, we would love the opportunity to speak with you!

WHO YOU ARE


The ideal candidate will be an outgoing self-starter with some experience in managed services but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate!

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • 2-year marketing/sales degree preferred.
  • 2 years successful sales experience preferred.
  • Education or experience in grocery and/or hospitality industry is a plus!
  • Education or experience in software/technical field preferred.
  • Must be motivated and confident.
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills required.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Provide excellent customer service through verbal & non-verbal communication methods
  • Prepare accurate orders and work with services to deliver products and services.
  • Always ensure confidentiality and professionalism 
  • Thoroughly understand and review all contracts, answer questions, and revise as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between sales/service and the customer to meet their business needs.
  • Remain current on product knowledge, marketing, and industry trends.

Salary : $55,000 - $90,000
