This is a full-time, on-site role based in Olmsted Falls, OH for an Inside Sales/Order Entry/Customer Service Representative. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing order entry, generating leads, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, maintaining strong communication with clients, processing orders accurately, and seeking opportunities to grow business relationships. The representative will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and drive business growth
• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills for managing client relationships effectively
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members professionally
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing industries is a plus
• Proficiency in office software and order management systems is preferred
