Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking General Maintenance Worker with painting experience to join our growing team. This position includes a wide variety of maintenance tasks, with a strong focus on interior and exterior painting throughout the year. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
● Interior and exterior painting (prep, patching, caulking, priming, and finish coats)
● Drywall repairs and surface preparation
● Basic carpentry and home repairs
● Handyman and building maintenance
● Landscaping support, including mowing, trimming, and seasonal cleanups
● Assist with seasonal property maintenance
● Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
● Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas
Requirements
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
● Own basic hand tools
● Experience with residential or commercial painting preferred
● Basic knowledge of construction, maintenance, and repair techniques
● Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
● Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
● Property maintenance or construction experience is a plus
