  • Monitor budgets, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial analyses, projections, and reports that support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies, internal controls, and sound financial management practices.

HR Management:

  • Serve as a confidential liaison between unit leadership, employees, and university HR partners.
  • Coordinate personnel-related processes and interpret university policies and procedures to provide guidance on HR and payroll matters.

Programmatic Efficiencies:

  • Advise unit leadership on business operations, processes, and strategies that improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Build collaborative partnerships with unit leadership, campus partners, and the Provost Business Operations Team to support effective service delivery and shared goals.
  • Partner with leadership to support operational planning, process improvements, and business strategies that advance unit priorities.

Bring your financial and business operations expertise to a role where your work will help strengthen the administrative foundation that supports teaching, research, and service across NC State University. Apply today to make an impact.
