- Research: Develop and maintain a high-quality, impactful research program in finance consistent with the expectations of a Research 1 (R1) university.
- Teaching: Deliver high-quality instruction in finance at the undergraduate and graduate ( MBA ) levels, with the ability to teach in both in-person and online formats.
- Service: Contribute to the academic and professional community through service to the department, college, university, and relevant professional organizations.

- Candidates must currently hold a Ph.D., or will complete the requirements for the degree by Fall of 2027, in finance or a closely related field.

- For consideration, candidates should demonstrate strong scholarly research capabilities consistent with a Research 1 university and an ability to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Preference will be given to experienced assistant professors, with an established research record and evidence of quality teaching.
