Minimum Experience / Education

- Knowledge of tools, materials and methods used in grounds maintenance work. Mechanical aptitude to make adjustments and minor repairs to grounds equipment.
- Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions; to establish and maintain effective working relationship with others.
- Ability to perform work involving physical strain for an extended period of time. Safety awareness and good communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Required License or Certification
Valid Drivers License.
Employee is required to have Safety Shoes.
