Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Coconut Creek, FL. The Secondary Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging mathematics lessons, developing lesson plans, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback for improvement. The role requires fostering a positive learning environment and encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The teacher may collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and participate in school events or extracurricular activities to support student development.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education
- Experience in effective Lesson Planning and instructional design
- Certified or Qualified Teacher with relevant teaching credentials or certifications
- Excellent Communication skills to engage and support students effectively
- Passion for inspiring and motivating students to excel in mathematics
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school community
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field
