Job Summary
North Beach Rehabilitation Center, a 99-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in North Miami Beach, Florida, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. We are located conveniently near three local hospitals and pride ourselves on our small center's ability to provide customized care to each of our residents.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and incontinence care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming residents as needed
Report any changes in patient condition or concerns to licensed nursing staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
1 year of experience in the healthcare industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with residents, families, and staff
