Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) – Night Shift
Weekends or every other weekend opportunities available
Location: Fort Meade, FL
Schedule: Saturday 7p-7a; Sunday 7a-3p (or every other Sunday); Thursday 7a-7p

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized 1:1 nursing care in a home setting
- Follow established care plans and monitor patient condition and progress
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
- Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes in patient status
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators a plus
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Must complete AHCA Level 2 background screening as required under House Bill 531 (2025)

Compensation
