Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) – Part-time or Full-time Days rotating weekends
Schedule: Saturday 7p-7a; Sunday 7a-3p (or every other Sunday); Thursday 7a-7p
Pay Range: $25–$35/hr

What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, skilled 1:1 nursing care in the home setting
- Follow individualized care plans and promptly report patient changes
- Deliver compassionate, safety-focused, and preventative care
- Accurately document patient progress and daily activities
- Collaborate closely with families, physicians, and the care team
✅ Qualifications
- Active Florida or Compact RN/LPN license (required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Pediatric experience with G-tubes, trachs, or ventilators (preferred)
- 2 years of home health or acute care experience (preferred)
