What You'll Do:
- Act as a brand ambassador for Caldera Care, building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources in the community
- Foster strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and social workers
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop business strategies and improve referral processes
- Organize and participate in community events to raise awareness of our services and build meaningful connections
- Drive census and skilled mix growth through proactive business development initiatives and outreach
What We're Looking For:
- Must have experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) marketing
- Clinical background is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance payer systems
- 1 year of marketing and/or management experience (preferred)
