Position: Audiologist

North Atlanta ENT and Allergy is seeking an Audiologist to join our growing team with locations in Alpharetta, Cumming, Dawsonville and Sandy Springs. Responsibilities:
- · Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations including – VRA, CPA, Air/bone, SRT/WDS, tympanometry, OAEs and Reflexes.
· Diagnose hearing and balance disorders and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
· Fit, program, verify, and maintain hearing aids and other assistive devices.
· Counsel patients and families on hearing loss, communication strategies, and device use.
· Collaborate with otolaryngologists and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
· Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
· Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, OSHA, HIPAA, and professional standards.
· Support practice growth through exceptional patient service and community outreach when appropriate.
· Demonstrate the organization's core values in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and the community.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Audiologist or Master’s degree
- GA state licensure or ability to procure
- ASHA Certification
- 1-year experience preferred but not required
