Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for allergy testing procedures, including explaining the process and ensuring comfort.
- Conduct skin prick, intradermal, or patch testing accurately following established protocols.
- Mix allergy extracts and serums following strict safety and sterility guidelines.
- Record and document patient information, test results, and clinical observations using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Monitor patients during testing for adverse reactions, respond promptly to emergencies, and provide basic life support if required.
- Maintain medical records with precise documentation of test results, patient interactions, and procedural notes.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient intake forms, and coordinating follow-up care.Experience
