Duties

- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide product demos when applicable, and recommend additional items through upselling techniques
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, including merchandising and stocking shelves to ensure product availability and visual appeal
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions politely, managing phone etiquette professionally, and resolving issues promptly
- Support store operations by supervising new team members during shifts, guiding them in cashier procedures and customer interactions

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering roles preferred; supervisory experience is a plus
