Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Lead to oversee daily operations within our assembly line. This role is responsible for coordinating team members, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise assembly line team members to meet production goals
- Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow for efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
- Train, coach, and mentor new and existing employees
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments (quality, maintenance, logistics) to improve processes
- Track and report production metrics, downtime, and performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or technical degree preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, production systems)
- Hydro Testing Experience preferred
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
