Sales Representative and Designer– Custom High-End Cabinetry

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales representative to join our team, which specializes in custom high-end cabinetry. This role requires a passion for luxury home design, excellent communication skills, and strong proficiency in 2020 Design software to create detailed, visually compelling renderings for clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, a keen eye for design, and the ability to guide clients through the selection and purchasing process for bespoke cabinetry solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize 2020 Design software to create professional, high-quality cabinet layouts and 3D renderings for client presentations.

• Develop and maintain relationships with custom builder and showroom dealers

• Guide clients through the cabinetry selection process, ensuring their design vision, functionality needs, and budget align with our offerings.

• Provide expert knowledge on wood species, finishes, hardware, and design trends in high-end cabinetry.

• Prepare and present project proposals, estimates, and contracts.

• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate project specifications.

• Conduct site visits to assess space requirements and confirm project feasibility.

• Follow up on leads and nurture potential clients to close sales.

• Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and competitors to provide the best solutions to clients.

• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven sales experience in luxury cabinetry, high-end furniture, or a related field.

• Proficiency in 2020 Design software to develop and present detailed cabinet layouts and 3D renderings.

• Strong design sense and ability to visualize and communicate cabinetry solutions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and long-term relationships.

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and design plans is a plus.

• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, craftsmen, and installation teams.
