We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can confidently handle customer inquiries, order updates, issue resolution, and coordination of sample orders. This role requires a calm communicator who values accuracy, follow-through, and professionalism — especially when customers are under pressure or timelines are tight.

• Hour rate, depending on experience and skill level.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries.
• Provide order status updates, lead times, tracking information, and delivery details.
• Assist customers with product questions, sample requests, and documentation.
• Prepare, package, and ship sample orders accurately and on schedule (color chips, door samples, materials).
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding delays, revisions, or next steps.
• Coordinate internally with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Install teams.
• Log and track customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Update CRM/ERP systems with accurate notes, commitments, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare and send documents such as order confirmations, storage waivers, and invoices.
• Support post-delivery questions (missing parts, damage claims, replacement requests).
• Maintain organized digital records of communications and project files.
