Your daily role
You'll invest the majority of your time in these key areas:
- The primary role of a quality analyst is to audit all quality elements of the products that we produce, (Product Grade, Package/Case Coding, Package Weights, etc.) at intervals not to exceed 30 minutes.
- All findings are electronically documented using the appropriate system/software.
- Consults the daily production schedule to ensure accurate production.
- All products produced must meet stringent Federal and State Food Safety guidelines and requirements.
Your profile
Successful candidates for this role typically have a high school diploma or equivalent and are proficient with computers. The standard hours are 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) , with occasional weekend, vacation, and overtime coverage required
Must be available to work 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm) or 3rd Shift ( 11pm to 7am)
