Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will utilize your strong communication skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a keen ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.

Must have own vehicle and valid CT driver's license.

Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high-quality client services.
  • Utilize excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Analyze customer requests and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records in the office system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to offer informed support.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or client support roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and effectively to provide timely resolutions.
  • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
  • Familiarity with office environments and standard office software applications.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
