What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing and Maintenance Support in Fairview position at Norris & Stevens?
We are looking for someone with a versatile mix of office and maintenance skills to join our team at a large property in Fairview!
Leasing Agent duties may include the following:
* Dependable Work Ethic

* Conduct Daily Advertising
* Self Starter, who can prioritize tasks to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.

* Ability to Multi Task and be a Team Player!
* Able to consistently implement policies of the community when needed.
* Experience in Basic Computer Skills including Word, Excel, etc.
* Readiness to do other Duties as Assigned.
Maintenance duties may include:
* Repairing and/or replacing all indoor and some outdoor aspects of a home... Fans, light fixtures, faucets, cabinet repair, Doors--interior & exterior, installing appliances, electrical, such as installing new outlets and cadet heaters, plumbing, ventilation, changing locks and doorknobs, weather stripping, etc.
*Curb Appeal: Picking up trash, blowing parking lots, shoveling snow, weed killing and pulling weeds, maintaining trash areas, tagging non-compliance autos, laundry room maintenance, remove cobwebs from buildings and repairing exterior lighting.
*Maintaining and keeping the shops organized, ordering supplies, maintaining a pool and clubhouse, off property errands to pick up supplies & maintaining petty cash receipts, time keeping records, and updating maintenance records in Appfolio software, and checking emails.
