Norris Public Power District is accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative at the Main Office in Beatrice, Nebraska. Norris is an electric distribution utility providing service to six counties and more than 29,000 customers in southeast Nebraska.
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, addressing billing questions, receiving and processing payments, issuing and monitoring service orders, processing customer outages, and preparing required forms, reports, and related documentation. The position also supports the District’s operational needs by ensuring customer accounts and service requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
Preferred candidates will have an Associate degree in a business field and a minimum of three years of customer service experience.
