A Day in the Life of a Dietary Aide
As a Dietary Aide, you will play an important role in making mealtimes enjoyable and comfortable for our residents.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages according to established procedures.
- Assisting with meal preparation while following residents' dietary needs and restrictions.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and dining environment.
- Working closely with our dietary team and kitchen staff.
- Helping create a welcoming and pleasant dining experience for our residents.
- Following food safety, sanitation, and infection-control guidelines.
- Working as part of a supportive and professional team.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Dependable and responsible work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others.
- Ability to work professionally and harmoniously with coworkers.
- Previous dietary, food service, healthcare, or long-term care experience is a plus!
