Job Summary
  • Medication Preparation and Dispensing
  • Provides Administrative and Clerical Support
  • Medication Stocking/Delivery and Automated Medication Equipment
  • Patient Care Functions
  • Sterile Compounding

Qualifications:
Qualifications

Education
  • HS diploma or GED required.

Experience

  • At least 24 months hospital pharmacy (or equivalent as determined by pharmacy leadership), exceeds the minimum requirements of Level I.

Licensure/Certification
  • OK permit required within 90 days of hire, and PTCB CPhT certification required within 90 days of hire (subject to termination).

Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • All Level I and II competencies.
