Flourish Pharmacy & Nutrition is an independent compounding pharmacy and nutrition practice that has served Oklahoma City since 2004.
We combine traditional pharmacy service with customized medications, professional-grade nutritional supplements, functional testing, and personalized nutrition and wellness support.
We're looking for a Pharmacy Technician & Nutrition Associate who enjoys helping people, has strong attention to detail, and is genuinely interested in learning more about nutrition, supplements, and personalized healthcare.
This is a unique pharmacy technician position. You'll work directly with patients and customers at the front of the pharmacy while developing knowledge of supplements, functional testing, and nutrition. You'll also play an important role in prescription pickup, ecommerce fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy.
What You'll DoPharmacy & Patient Service
As one of the primary people our patients interact with, you'll:
- Assist patients with prescription pickup, payment, and general pharmacy questions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Return patient and customer messages in a timely manner
- Process and ship prescriptions accurately and on schedule
- Maintain patient privacy and comply with HIPAA and pharmacy policies
- Work closely with pharmacists and other technicians to keep pharmacy operations running smoothly
Nutrition, Supplements & Functional Testing
Nutrition and wellness are an important part of what makes this role different from a traditional pharmacy technician position.
You'll learn to:
- Help customers navigate our professional-grade supplement selection
- Assist with appropriate OTC and non-prescription product questions
- Explain available functional and at-home testing options, including ZRT, Mosaic Diagnostics, BiomeFX, and others
- Help customers understand testing logistics and available options
- Participate in training on new supplements, tests, products, and wellness protocols
- Assist with wellness guides, patient materials, and in-store education
- Conduct nutrition consultations when appropriately trained and scheduled
You do not need to come in knowing all of our supplements and testing options. We will train you. We are looking for someone who is interested enough in nutrition and wellness to want to learn them.
Ecommerce, Inventory & Operations
You'll also help manage the operational side of the pharmacy:
- Print, process, and fulfill online orders
- Package and ship prescriptions, supplements, testing kits, and ecommerce orders
- Place orders with assigned vendors
- Monitor inventory and help prevent avoidable stock-outs
- Receive, verify, unpack, and stock incoming inventory
- Maintain pending and pickup orders
- Check inventory for expired products and document removals
- Keep shelves, displays, counters, and customer areas clean and organized
- Help maintain a professional, welcoming environment throughout the pharmacy
Who We're Looking For

Previous experience in pharmacy, nutrition, supplements, functional medicine, healthcare, or customer service is valuable.
Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain the Oklahoma pharmacy technician registration required for the position.

Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position at Flourish Pharmacy & Nutrition in Oklahoma City.
Our pharmacy opens at 9:00 a.m., and team members are expected to arrive with enough time to be ready to work at the beginning of their scheduled shift.
Punctuality and reliable attendance are essential to this position.
