What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Milling Lead - 2nd Shift position at Norman Noble Careers?
This position supports CNC Milling production operations.
This position works a 4 x 10hr schedule, Mondays thru Thursdays, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Leads team to meet safety, production, and quality goals.
- Trains staff as needed.
- Operates and sets up CNC machines and other related equipment as needed.
Skills and experience:
- Must have 3 or more years of CNC Milling set-up experience with strong understanding of CNC language/code.
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints and drawings.
- Must be capable of performing inspection on comparator and microscope.
- Must be capable of working with very small parts.
- Must have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Must have outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
- Must be able to work additional hours as needed.
