Skills and experience:
- 10 years hands-on Swiss machining experience (programming, set up and operation)
- Must have minimum 2 years Swiss Programming experience on Citizen machines
- Experience programming in Esprit preferred
- Technical diploma or certification in machining, or related field preferred
- Must be expert level for set-up, troubleshooting, programming and operating for Swiss prototype parts
- Must be able to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and CAD models to generate programs
- Collaborates with engineering and production teams
- Must have outstanding interpersonal/communication skills
- Must be highly motivated and results-driven, able to meet deadlines, with high level of personal accountability and ownership of work
- Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Must be able to work efficiently and effectively to achieve business goals
