Norman Camera is looking for a sales professional . Photographic or Digital Photography/Videography Background is required. Adobe Photoshop, Darkroom skills and digital photography a plus as there will be lab processing involved. This is a Full Time Job so you would need to be available during regular business hours to work. This job is not a retail clerk job and requires a sales professional looking for a long term career.Position Summary- This person will be responsible for Inside Sales and Customer Service. We require that this candidate be self motivated, not afraid to work hard, a fast learner, and independent. - Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
- Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
- Advises customers by providing information on products.
- Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
- Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
- Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
