Location: Cerritos, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Hourly Range: $17 - $18 | Schedule: Sundays OFF with another day during the week
As a Service Receptionist, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Ford in Cerritos. You’re a critical point of contact, primarily for our Service Department guests, and your communication is critical in creating a super experience. You will handle all incoming profit center call for the service department.
What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive in the service department
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
- Schedule service appointments and confirm upcoming visits
- Maintain the waiting area and ensure it's clean and inviting
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status, delays, or updates
- Assist service advisors with paperwork, repair orders, and other administrative tasks
- Process payments and handle invoice questions
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as needed
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
What You’ll Need:
- Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests
- Be able to work comfortably both with guests in-person and via phone calls
- A professional appearance and work ethic
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
