Norlift has an immediate opening that may be the perfect fit for you. We are hiring for a construction equipment outside sales position – it’s a new position for our growing company and has enormous potential.
This is a field sales role that will work in conjunction with our other inside and outside construction equipment reps. It is a base commission sales position with a primary focus on customers in the Eastern Washington market. You’ll be working daily to generate new opportunities, help customers and sell heavy equipment.
Specific Duties and Responsibility
- Works from the field in a specified territory to sell construction equipment.
- Utilizes a consistent process for contacting new customers, generating leads, and making sales.
- Inputs all lead information into Norlift CRM.
- Works with inside construction equipment sales rep to sell more equipment and give world-class care to construction equipment customers.
- Responds extremely quickly to customer inquiries and needs.
- Actively generates leads and follows up with existing customers.
- Initiates digital and verbal communication with customers within assigned territory for the purpose of conducting sales, creating strong customer relationships, and building customer loyalty.
- Serves as product knowledge expert in dealings with customers and other Norlift team members.
- Conducts structured safety training of construction equipment for Norlift team members and customers.
- Assists in collection of accounts receivable if needed.
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding Norlift construction equipment sales goals each year.
- Other duties as assigned.

Salary:
$36k - $48k base uncapped commissions. Your maximum earning potential is directly tied to the effort and dedication you bring to the role.
