We are looking for a talented and detail-driven Pastry Chef who brings creativity and precision to every plate. This is a unique opportunity to develop and execute a pastry program that complements our refined omakase experience
Duties
- Develop and execute a pastry menu aligned with Norikase's modern Japanese aesthetic
- Prepare all desserts and pastry components with consistency and precision
- Manage daily prep, mise en place, inventory, and ordering for the pastry program
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver a seamless omakase experience
Experience
- Proven experience in a pastry or fine dining kitchen
- Strong pastry technique with an eye for refined, modern plating
- Japanese flavors or techniques a strong plus
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and available nights and weekends
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
