Weekend Shift - F/S/S 5:00am - 5:00pm BASE $21.11/hr w/ Average Hourly Bonus $3.10
The qualified candidate will possess the following:
- Read blueprints, drawings and cut list
- CNC experience
- Must communicate effectively to all departments and employees of the company
- Must show a positive attitude in position
- Computer skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook programs
- The operator must have complete knowledge of the laser and be able to perform routine cutting and troubleshooting efficiently and effectively
- The operator reviews the work orders from the sales department to verify quantities, specifications, process capabilities, delivery schedule, packaging requirements and availability
- The operator must ensure that the final product is finished and packaged to company and customer expectations
- Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner at all times
- Must be able to exert 20-50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or 10-25lbs. of force frequently, and/or 10-20lbs. constantly to move objects
Wage Progression:
- 2nd job: $1.00 (Processing Specialist 1 → Processing Specialist 2)
- 3rd job: $0.50
- 4th job: $1.25 (Processing Specialist 2 → Processing Specialist 3)
- 5th job: $0.50
- 6th job: $0.50
- 7th job: $1.50 (Processing Specialist 3 → Processing Specialist 4) & Qualified as a trainer
- All Processing Job Functions $1.75 (Processing Specialist 4 → Processing Specialist 5)
