Job Details:
- Lead your production team to its full potential.
- Direct and coordinate daily activities in the warehouse, including machine production.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching to your team, and make sure projects and orders are completed on time.
- Drive and lead events such as: LEAN, compliance, safety, ISO, and general procedure/process events.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
- Strong and proven leadership, coaching and communication skills.
- Pass a drug test and background check.
- Be motivated and energetic.
- Great work ethic.
