POSITION SUMMARY:
The Configuration and Deployment Technician is a self-motivated, team-oriented individual that fulfils a key position within our company. The responsibilities of this position include operating system and software application installation and/or configuration on computers for both employee and customer use, with a focus on quality and efficiency, and providing redundancy to our repair process in a backup capacity. Deployment technicians are expected to provide feedback regarding process issues.
