Forklift Operator – Nordica Warehouses

Nordica Warehouses is a Third-party logistics (3PL) company operating three warehouse complexes across the Sioux Falls area. We serve a variety of customers while maintaining a small, tight-knit team environment. Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced forklift operator who’s confident on a lift and willing to pitch in wherever needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys steady, hands-on work in a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the shift (sit-down and stand-up)
Load, unload, and stage pallets for inbound and outbound shipments
Verify product counts and maintain organization in warehouse areas
Stack pallets and handle product manually as needed (up to 50 lbs)
Assist with basic warehouse upkeep — sweeping, cleaning, and organizing during downtime
Follow all safety and quality procedures to ensure accurate, efficient workflow
Ideal Candidate:
Can comfortably operate a forklift for an 8-hour shift
Can lift up to 50 lbs and stack pallets safely
Isn’t afraid of physical work or helping with general cleaning and upkeep
Shows reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
Works well in a small team setting and communicates clearly
