Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Benefits: Health Insurance & PTO (after 90days)
Nordica Warehouses Inc. is accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Foundation Park location. We are a third-party warehouse that stores products for a wide variety of clients across different industries.
As a CSR, you’ll work directly with customers and drivers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipments move efficiently through our warehouse. Each customer has their own unique products and processes, giving you the opportunity to learn about many different operations and form lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer orders and inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
- Process orders according to customer specifications.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer inventory records.
- Communicate daily with customers, drivers, and warehouse operators.
- Coordinate with floor operations to ensure orders are pulled on time.
- Schedule dock appointments efficiently and prioritize tasks based on daily workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Willingness to learn new inventory and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, good listening skills, and accuracy in documentation.
- Good attendance record is a must!
