- Troubleshoot problems on failed units.
- Work in a safe manner and follow all safety rules and policies.
- Disassemble and evaluate failed units.
- Make sure paperwork matches the units.
- Receive product into SAP/RGA system.
- Disassemble units returned for stock.
- Rebuild paperwork write up.
- Assist production group.
- Scrap product.
- Stage product.
- Maintain 5S.
- Follow and use JI’s/SRD’s
- Be an active participant in the company’s suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost savings programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
