North Atlantic Distribution is a large company with expansive acreage. We are seeking a skilled and dependable heavy equipment operator/laborer to maintain a large commercial property. This is a steady versatile role that combines equipment operation with a variety of hands-on responsibilities. Ideal candidates are comfortable both in the cab and on the ground, assisting with site maintenance No traveling between jobs. The ideal candidate is experienced, safety focused, and takes pride in keeping the property and equipment clean, functional, and well maintained year-round. Responsibilities include:
- Heavy Equipment Operation/Skid Steer/Loader/Backhoe/Excavator
- Outside Property Maintenance
- Asphalt Repairs
- Snow Removal
- Landscape Construction
- Site Construction
- Overtime available and mandatory at times
- Paving experience (required)
- Towing experience a plus
- Welding Experience a Plus
- Diesel/Automotive mechanical abilities a plus
- Other Responsibilities as Assigned
