Shift - Day shift (8 am-5 pm), Monday-Friday

Responsibilities
- Perform detailed patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations related to cardiac health.
- Administer medications and injections accurately.
- Assist with specialized procedures such as cardiac catheterization, catheter care, and telemetry monitoring to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Manage patient documentation using EHR systems, maintaining precise medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Conduct triage assessments for urgent cardiac issues, prioritizing care based on severity and ensuring timely intervention.
- Support patients with chronic conditions such as heart failure or arrhythmias through education, care planning, and case management strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current BLS certification
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- Cardiology experience preferred
