The Role
As Community Manager, you shape the Noovo owner experience. Your mission is to turn customers into lifelong advocates by building an inclusive, high-touch and data-informed community, online and on the road. This role blends relationship-building, CRM management, and event execution. You will lead our Advocate Program, manage digital community spaces, and bring the Noovo spirit to life through owner-led events, campouts, and brand activations nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Advocacy & Referrals
Lead the effort to turn owners into advocates
Build and scale the Noovo Brand Advocate Program
Create a best-in-class owner onboarding experience
Equip advocates with premium brand assets
Track and optimize referral performance
Connect prospective buyers and current owners for van tours and rentals
Community & Events
Curate engaging owner communications (newsletters, updates)
Organize owner groups (solo travelers, digital nomads, families, etc.)
Plan and support owner-led events, campouts, and trade show activations
Collaborate with ambassadors to create authentic community content
Monitor the health of the community using specific KPIs
Digital & Insights
Manage and moderate Noovo’s digital community spaces (Facebook Group and others)
Support owners with timely answers and resources
Maintain an owner directory and geographic network
Partner with Marketing to surface customer stories and UGC
Requirements & Qualification
3–5 years in community management, ambassador programs, or CX
Proven ability to build and scale engaged communities
Passion for van life, RVing, or overlanding
Strong writer with a premium yet approachable voice
Data-driven, organized, and calm under pressure
Event-savvy and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, CRM tools) with an eye for design
Ability to travel for national events
