Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Support the Board of Directors by preparing meeting materials and attending board/annual meetings
- Oversee community budgets, financial reporting, and assessment collections support
- Coordinate property inspections, maintenance projects, and community improvements
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance
- Oversee the AP process in accordance with Nicklin's processes and procedures.
- Respond to homeowner inquiries and enforce community rules and standards
- Ensure compliance with HOA governing documents and applicable laws
- Maintain accurate records and provide clear community communication
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Nevada CAM license or a provisional license is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
- Knowledge of the role of the association board and the Community Association Manager, and how those roles interface with homeowners’ requests.
- Knowledge of routine business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Time management and time-critical prioritization skills.
